Jump start your wellness plan with this five-session series for adults who want to lose weight, eat healthy and be active. With the help of a health
educator and dietitian, you’ll learn how to:
• Use a step counter to help increase daily physical activity
• Choose and eat healthy foods
• Lose and maintain weight
• Set goals
• Overcome barriers
