Jump start your wellness plan in 2019.
Join a WellSpan health educator and dietician for this five-session, 8-week program to help improve your overall health. In this program, you will learn how to:
- Use a step counter to help increase daily physical activity
- Choose and eat healthy foods
- Lose and/or maintain weight
- Set SMART goals
- Overcome barriers
